Responses to the Committee’s pre-budget scrutiny of the 2023/24 Budget: The Committee will consider responses from the Scottish Government, Police Scotland and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. 2. Policing and mental health: The Committee will consider correspondence from Police Scotland, the Scottish Police Authority and HM Inspectorate of Constabulary in Scotland. 3. Post-legislative scrutiny of the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018 (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report.
