Draft Budget Scrutiny 2017-18: The Committee will take evidence from - Fiona Hyslop, Cabinet Secretary for Culture, Europe & External Affairs; Bettina Sizeland, Deputy Director for Tourism and Major Events; and David Seers, Head of Sponsorship and Funding, The Scottish Government.
