Employment Rights Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-53a from— Maree Todd, Minister for Social Care, Mental Wellbeing and Sport, Stephen Garland, Unit Head, Fair Work Division, Lucy McMichael, Head of Branch, Social Care Legal Services Unit, and Martin Reid, Unit Head, Adult Social Care Workforce and Fair Work, Scottish Government. 5. Right to Addiction Recovery (Scotland) Bill (In Private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3 and the evidence heard at its last meeting. 6. Employment Rights Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 4, the evidence heard at its last meeting and a draft report on supplementary legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-53a. 7. Annual Report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2024 to 12 May 2025.
