During dissolution, there are no MSPs and no parliamentary business can take place.

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. 2. Air quality in Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— Dr Gary Fuller, UKRI Clean Air Champion and Senior Lecturer in Air Quality Measurement, Imperial College London; Stuart Hay, Director, Living Streets Scotland; Craig McLaren, Director, Royal Town Planning Institute Scotland; Gavin Thomson, Air Pollution Campaigner, Friends of the Earth Scotland; Paul White, Director, Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) Scotland; and then from— Kenny Bisset, Lead Officer, Land and Air Quality Team, Fife Council; Dom Callaghan, Assistant Group Manager, Sustainability, Glasgow City Council; Shauna Clarke, Environmental Health Officer, The City of Edinburgh Council. 3. Air quality in Scotland: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.
