Public Audit Committee

1. Decisions on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Management of the ScotWind leasing round The Committee will take evidence on the Auditor General for Scotland's report from— Andy Kerr, Director General Net Zero, Jackie McAllister, Chief Financial Officer, and Iain Wallace, Director of Marine, Scottish Government. Ronan O'Hara, Chief Executive, Alistair Milloy, Director of Finance and Business Services, and Gillian Morrison, Head of Offshore Wind Development Energy & Infrastructure, Crown Estate Scotland. 3. Management of the ScotWind leasing round The Committee will take further evidence on the Auditor General for Scotland's report from— Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland and Martin McLauchlan, Senior Manager, Audit Scotland. 4. Management of the ScotWind leasing round The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda items 2 and 3 and agree any further action it wishes to take.
