Mark McAteer, Director of Governance, Strategy and Change, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. 3. Pre-budget scrutiny: How can the Scottish Budget best advance public service reform: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard at its previous meeting and earlier under agenda item 2. 4. Delivering public service reform: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Scottish Government.
